Store Policy:

Heavy Duty Taco Carts

    •    All heavy duty taco carts come with a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty covers replacement of damaged or defective parts only. Refunds are not provided.

    •    Warranty does not cover:

    ◦    Damages caused by shipping carriers

    ◦    Misuse, improper installation, or modifications

    ◦    Normal wear and tear

    •    Claim process:

    ◦    Report warranty claims via email or phone (916-285-8984).

    ◦    Replacement part issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt to avoid delays or rejection.

    ◦    Missing or damaged items during shipping must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Products must be shipped in the appropriate boxes to prevent damages in transit, customer must ensure that padding is added where needed to prevent damages, if not used, warranty will void void.

Returns & Restocking:

    •    Heavy duty taco carts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    •    Shipping costs (delivery or return) are non-refundable.

Safety & Use:

    •    All carts and products with burners are for propane use only and outdoor use only.

    •    Any modifications or misuse will void the 1-year limited warranty.

Basics / Accessories

    •    Items categorized as “Basics” have a 30-day limited warranty covering defective parts only.

    •    Used items are not eligible for return.

    •    Refunds for any reason are not available.
