Griddledirect LLC has been under new ownership and operating under its current name since July 2025.
If you have any claims related to purchases made prior to this date under Griddlesupply, please notify us when submitting your claim. While we are not responsible for prior claims, we will assist where reasonably possible.

Heavy Duty Taco Carts

Warranty

• All heavy duty taco carts include a 1-year limited warranty.

• This warranty covers replacement of defective or damaged parts only.

• Refunds are not provided under warranty claims.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by shipping carriers

• Misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications

• Indoor use of any propane-powered equipment

• Normal wear and tear

• Use of parts, hoses, burners, or equipment not supplied or approved by Griddledirect LLC

Important Use & Safety Requirements

• All carts, burners, and propane-powered equipment are for outdoor use only.

• Indoor use is strictly prohibited and voids any warranty.

• All catering and taco carts must be used only with a propane LP 20 PSI hose supplied or approved by Griddledirect LLC.

• Any modification to carts, burners, hoses, or equipment voids the warranty immediately.

Shipping & Claim Process

• Warranty claims must be reported via email or phone (916-385-8984).

• Replacement part issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

• Missing or damaged items due to shipping must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

• Products must be returned in appropriate packaging with adequate padding.
  Failure to properly package returned items may result in claim denial.

Returns & Restocking

• Heavy duty taco carts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, including delivery and return shipping.

• Used carts or equipment are not eligible for return.

Basics / Accessories

• Items categorized as “Basics” include a 30-day limited warranty covering defective parts only.

• Used items are final sale.

• Refunds are not available for Basics or Accessories.

General Terms

• Griddledirect LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.

• By completing a purchase, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

• This policy is subject to California consumer protection laws.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits, inspections, or approvals related to the use of propane-powered equipment.

Propane-powered equipment carries inherent risks, including fire, explosion, carbon monoxide exposure, and bodily injury if not used properly.

1. By purchasing and using any product sold by Griddledirect LLC, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the safe operation, storage, installation, and maintenance of the equipment.

2. All products are intended for outdoor use only and must be operated in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws, including fire and safety regulations.
